1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and BloomCraft Atelier (ABN 68 240 109 903) for the use of our website and the purchase of floristry services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Website Usage

You may use our website solely for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with site functionality.
• Engage in data scraping, unsolicited marketing, or other harmful activity.

3. Quotations & Bookings

All quotes provided by BloomCraft Atelier are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 business days before the event date.

Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend quotes if changes are requested after confirmation or if market prices for fresh flowers increase significantly.

4. Delivery & Installation

We aim to deliver and install all floral arrangements punctually as agreed in the proposal. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients must ensure that the venue provides suitable access and facilities such as water and electricity for installation.

5. Cancellation & Postponement

Should you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 60 days before the event: deposit is refunded minus a $250 processing fee.
• 30–59 days before the event: 50% of the total contract value is payable.
• Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total contract value is due.

Postponement is possible once at no additional cost, subject to our team's availability on the new date.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomCraft Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
